We all know the stylus for HTC Flyer is “special”, what we don’t know is, it’s too precious, it would come as a separate accessory once you bought the tablet. At least that’s how the cookie crumbles when you decide to take a stroll on the nearest Best Buy in your block!

According to several sources, if you’ll buy the HTC Flyer on the popular consumer-electronic shop, aside for paying a full fee for the slate, you’ll need to pay for its stylus for 80 bucks! Unless you have other plans of salvaging other stylus from your PDA praying it would work on the Flyer’s majestic “Scribe UI”.
If you think we’re the only ones surprised with this report, you can try reading the infuriated comments from engadget, whereas it was cited that before this news, the most pricey stylus was the one from Fujitsu Lifebook T580 that cost for only 22 bucks — Too far from the expensive price of this Flyer pen.
On the other hand, a PR guy from HTC has mentioned that if you will buy this tablet on any shop aside from Best Buy, its stylus and everything you need will come in bundle.
So who’s going to buy this on Best Buy now? Raise your hand kids!
