A number of sites have recently reported about a leak of the new Apple tablet that has been assumed to be released on March 2012. A website, Repair Labs, had posted a photo of what has been said to be the back housing for the next iPad 3. When compared to its predecessor, the iPad 2, there were a number of differences, such as a new LCD screen, a new camera, and a larger room for its battery. It was also pointed out that the latest iPad design will not be any thicker than the previous tablets.

Other sites, such as Cult of Mac, also posted photos that were reportedly the internal components of the next iPad. While these pictures can give us a peek of the interior that is quite similar to the iPad 2, the iPad 3 may have a new camera along with a redesigned Wi-Fi radio. Other photos also provided a look into the tablet’s back housing, showing that there will be no change to the iPad casing. However, a repositioned headphone jack can be expected.
The photos may suggest that the iPad 3 will have the same design as the previous tablet, although with significantly enhanced internals. This iPad of the third generation is likely to be upgraded with an A6 quad-core processor from Apple as well as a 2048 x 1536 Retina display and a more superior rear-facing camera. While the iPad 3 has been reported to be introduced on the first week of March, Apple still has not commented on the release of such device. Stay tuned.
