With Apple recently unveiling the new iPhone 4S, there are still a few (skeptics we suppose!) who couldn’t help but notice and compare it with its predecessor, the iPhone 4. There’s really much into the 4S or as they say, “it’s more than what meets the eye!”

For purposes of pointing sibling differences, let’s take a look at both iOS devices. See the comparison chart below for easier analysis (via: pcmag).

It’s a given fact that Apple has seriously upgraded the iPhone 4S repertoire. The 4S is basically equipped with Apple’s new 1GHz dual-core A5 processor which evidently speaks in terms of performance (e.g. faster browsing, launching apps, etc.) compared to the A4 chip in the iPhone 4. Looking at their capacities, the 4S comes in three (3) formats (16GB, 32GB and 64GB) while the iPhone 4 has only 8GB and 16GB in its line.
The camera also points the difference as the rear cam (4S) is already at 8-megapixel compared to the iPhone 4’s 5-megapixel. Correspondingly, video capture was increased from 720p (4) to 1080p (4S). The 4S is also considered as a world phone unlike the iPhone 4 (only with AT&T). Talk time also splits the two as the 4S has 8 hours compared to the 6 hours in the iPhone 4, though needs to be further tested to confirm.
What really needs to be highlighted between the two is Siri because it’s only the 4S which has the voice assistant functionality.
Now, do we need to say more?
