We already have this rumor-mill before, but for those who are still unaware, it’s almost certain that aside from the fact that we’ll have iPhone 5 for Verizon, Apple may also start delivering its first 4G device by the end of this year on its GSM (AT&T) and CDMA counterparts.

According to a post from GN, Etisalat Carrier on United Arab Emirates is already with a “discussion” with Apple to release the next generation iPhone for the country this year. This will also include the 4G LTE (Long Term Evolution) service, sparking the fact that iPhone may come as a worldphone as well. Meanwhile, the UAE-based carrier has also suggested this development will be pushed until 2012.
For those who are unaware, the real 4G network is all about enhancing your download speed of up to 12 Mbps (29 Mbps theoretical speed) and 2-5Mbps (10.4 mbps theoretical) for its upload.
In our previous report, we also gave the news about iPhone 6 for next year is expected to have 4G LTE.
If you’ll ask me, it doesn’t really matter what the next iPhone device would be called – iPhone 5 or iPhone 4S – it will still be blessed by 4G just like Android last year.
