Organizing and sharing photos can be a daunting task sometimes. Most of the time after coming home from a trip or vacation where we take a lot of pictures we often came home with an SD card that is full of photos and most of us just dump it on our respective hard drive. There is also a time when we make some attempt to pick the best pictures that we can upload to Facebook and simply stop when we start to realize that we have chosen too many pictures for uploading. Well, it would really be much better if we could have a camera that is capable of connecting to the internet and has the ability to upload those pictures automatically without any effort on your part or as easy as pressing a button.
Well, the good news is this is actually what the Kodak Easyshare Touch is going to offer to its consumers. In addition to this the Kodak Easyshare Touch is also expected to come up with the following specs as well:
- 3-inch capacitive touchpanel
- a dedicated video record button
- a 14 megapixel sensor
- a 5x Schneider-Kreuznach lens
- an HDMI output
The new Kodak EasyShare is expected to come out with a retail price of $ 149.95 and will be unveiled at the 2011 Consumer Electronics Show together with the EasyShare Mini, the smallest camera that will ever be released by Kodak. The Easyshare Mini offers a 3x wide-angle optical zoom lens, a built-in front mirror, a ten megapixel sensor and a 2.5-inch rear LCD. This mini camera will come with a price tag of only $ 99.95.
Besides the Kodak EasyShare Touch and EasyShare Mini, Kodak will also be introducing its first waterproof camera that has the ability to take pictures even up to 10 feet underwater without any hassle. The good thing about it is that it will be offered at a very affordable price of $ 79.95 only. This waterproof camera comes with a 2.4-inch LCD and a 12 megapixel sensor.
Other products that will be introduced by Kodak at the CES event include a $ 149.95 Playfull camcorder and $ 179.95 Playsport video camera as well. The release date for these new devices is expected to happen between February to March, 2011.
