It has been 24 hours now since the release of The Sacrifice DLC campaign for both L4D / L4D2 and we already got some mixed reactions from early buyers, especially for those xbox 360 gamers who shelled 560 MS points just to have this.
Unlike some of the reviews claiming it was unfair for the latter side, in my view it isn’t the case at all. As you can see, Valve owns steam and it is normal for them to give some incentives so gamers would also be entice on downloading steam to their computers.
Steam has already released the definite price to have this add-on. They also made some updates for other players just in case they are interested to buy a complete pack of the Left 4 Dead / Left 4 Dead 2 original game.

Left 4 Dead 2 – Four Pack – Includes four copies of L4D2, you can give the other three to your friends for a total of 20.39 USD
Left 4 Dead Bundle – Includes L4d and L4d2 for 10.19 USD
Left 4 Dead 2 + Prima Official Strategy Guide – Includes the L4D2 game + the prima official strategy guide for L4D2 for 16.78 USD
It would also be fair to include that Valve is doing an extra-ordinary effort to release this game on PC and Mac all at the same release time. So all in all, it will be your decision if you will going to play this game or not because the only way to have this is through steam or download it via torrent — If you’re a pirate.
