It looks like transparent phones are now coming and will be the height of glamour phones. Competing with the Sony Xperia Pureness, here’s Lenovo’s S800 handset.
This is really just a fashion phone, as apparently it was unveiled during a Beijing Sport Fashion event. It was also just the outer casings that were shown as no one was actually allowed to get near one for a hands-on touch, so no actual news yet of the specs. What is known about it is that the phone uses a fully transparent color display rather than Sony’s Xperia Pureness gray transparent display.
There are some press shots of behind the screens of the fashion show. The pics show a model actually being able to use one for texting and calling as evident of the color screen But then again, these are press shots and should be taken with the usual grain of salt.
If you are looking for a new style to use as hand candy for all to see your opulence, then the Lenovo S800 would be a good eye catcher. No actual news yet of launch date or even pricing so stay tuned for future news of this future fashion phone.
