Lenovo simply cannot be stopped—and it seems like they will not stop producing 11 to 13 inch laptops any time soon despite its relatively low market value. Well, let’s give this new ThinkPad the benefit of the doubt, shall we?

The latest from Lenovo, the ThinkPad Edge 11, is an 11.6 inch machine—1.1 inch thick and weighs about 3.3 pounds. It has an eye-catching gloss lid and red LED lights entrenched in the ThinkPad logo. It is powered by 1.33GHz Core i3 U380 Intel processor, has 250GB Hard Drive and 2GB of RAM.
It comes in three colors of choice—cherry red, glossy and matte black. Just like other ultraportable laptops of its kind, it is made mainly out of plastic but has the Lenovo ThinkPad trademark of employing metal hinges. Moreover, the new ThinkPad Edge laptop sports three USB ports, combo slot for headphone, microphone, HDMI, VGA and Ethernet ports.
With the battery—which is a general concern for all people checking out new computing machines—it is safe to say that Edge 11’s should perform nicely. On a video playback test, the 63w-hr six-cell battery was reported to last for four hours and 42 minutes. It also has no heat issues, so you could literally use it as a “lap” top computer comfortably. The price for Lenovo ThinkPad Edge 11 starts at $449 (AMD-powered) and could get up to $549.
