Back at the CES event, we’re very thrilled to report that Lenovo is back on upgrading its line of ThinkPad notebooks by unleashing the redesigned Thinkpad Edge 13 and Thinkpad Edge E220s / E420s ready on the public market this year. Probably if you’re a fan who has experienced a long drought with these popular decadal laptop models of Lenovo, you might felt three isn’t enough! Well, it appears your thirst will be quenched today as a Chinese-based website reveals another Thinkpad notebook and this one will be called as Lenovo ThinkPad X220t.

Now perhaps some of you might think its only a cloned-device and photoshoped well to portray a thinkpad look but as engadget reports, this one could come as the real thing. So far, its specifications is still hazy but according to 51nb.com, the X220t will include three LED status bar, a large ESC key, an arc-type of trackpad which is positioned at the center of the keyboard – just the way you like it. Display port and USB 2.0 interface, a monitor port and a wireless switches. It was also claimed that this laptop would support USB 3.0 on its final release.
In addition to that, its side-panel will include a network interface slot, SD card, and its whole size should be a widescreen and my prediction of 14-17 inch of width. I just hope this one would be using a more beefy processor since its year 2011 now and it will be competing with a fleet of Sandy Bridge laptops packing with NVIDIA Series 4 and 5 / AMD Radeon HD 6 series type of GPUs. Anyway, its a Thinkpad, I’m sure it can handle the pressure right?
