Despite all the tensions in the Korean side of the world, life goes on and this is a new addition to their lifestyle. Here’s is the LG LU3000.
Based on some YouTube videos, this new smartphone actually made fools of the iPhone 4 and Samsung Galaxy S in a speed test. Here are some of the specs:
- 1GHz TI OMAP3630 processor
- HDMI port
- DLNA wireless capabilities
- 3.8-inch screen with 800 x 480 resolution
- 5 megapixel camera
- Android 2.2 OS
- Capable of 1080p video playback
Based on the picture alone, this looks like a clone of the LG Star leaked earlier. Although this is a real smartphone contender in the saturated market of smartphones, it seems that LG will be staying true to their country of origin and is being selfish since they do not plan to release this outside of Korea.
Compared to the iPhone and Galaxy S based on the YouTube videos already floating around, you can clearly see that speed is what this new smartphone will be known for. This phone will be available in its native Korea by next week for KRW 800,000 or around $705 considering the exchange market.
