Just because it’s CES doesn’t mean all the devices being put in there is something really fresh or somewhat first-seen on the block. That scenario comes for this Monitor2Go external USB monitor which promises the convenience of plug-n-play monitors with any of your devices as long as it has a USB port. But wait a second! Is this the Field Monitor Pro device we’ve previewed last month whereas we thought its whole form-factor is a bit too bulky and slightly chubby?

The answer is, yup! It’s the same but with a different name and this Monitor2Go device will be manufactured by Display Link and Mobile Monitor Technologies. Anyway, for those who forgot its specifications, this one will be available under a 15.4-inch display with a clamshell design so you can fold it when you need the much needed space when you’re packing it with your bag for traveling. In addition to that, M2G comes with a rear stand, claims of 6-screens could be ad-hoc to your M2G display creating a video wall, it weighs for 4 founds and oh! It can support both Windows and Macs.
If you are interested, you can have this one for 279 USD and it will be available for its release date on the later part of Q1 this year.
