Reading the news about the Motorola Charm on your website… Interesting!!! After the whole Cliq promised update fiasco from Motorola and the bad publicity I doubt that many people will be purchasing any Motorola products in the near future for a long time… How can anyone trust them after what they did? It will probably take them a long time to get back any type of decent reputation.

Customers do not like looking like a bunch of chumps for purchasing their product and then being left out in the cold!

I would hope that anyone who has read the news about how Motorola treats their customers would kinda boycott them and buy a different product teaching them a valuable lesson. I for one do not own a Motorola device but after reading about all the issues with the Cliq device I will not be purchasing anything phone or otherwise from them.

Same reason I would never go to Sprint after they fired all those poor customers a couple years back… I guess it was like a 1000 customers that got the boot and were realeased from their contracts for calling customer service too much or something to that affect.

    Makes me sick!!!

Sensible comments/suggestions are always appreciated.
