Remember, that phone which was previewed on the Oprah Winfrey show? Err, if in case you forgot it already because of the ‘oh so many’ smartphones previewed on that tv-show, then here’s a heads up!
The Motorola Defy is now coming exclusively on T-mobile and the pricing gets better. We all know that this phone gained some attention towards the mobile market not because of its specification but due to its ‘rugged’ feeling when you hold it. Making you think it’s a great camper’s android phone not to mention it has an exoskeletal-protection that is built for the ‘kill’ – water proof (up to 1 meter), dust resistant, drop in the mud? – You name it! This phone can handle the pressure.
As for the release date, a leaked tweet from T-mobile USA confirms its price for 99.99 USD (with your usual T-mobile contract) and it will be available on November 3! As usual, the tweet is now deleted but that doesn’t stop the blogosphere from getting the news.
Just to let you know, this bad boy isn’t only about muscles. Its specs reside on the mid-level smartphone already. Just pump it with an Android 2.2 platform and we are ready to go! Not unless you’re Paris Hilton who needs a diamond rose for her smartphone collection.
