If you happened to be caught oversleeping today, you might have already missed the Motorola-train of its amazing products ready to heat up for this year. And just so you know, the company never failed to impress the enthusiasts by revealing two eye-candies on the ceremony. First is its dual-core powered Droid Bionic and the second one is its official unveiling of the Motorola Xoom tablet.

As some of you may already know, since last month, Moto has been teasing everyone with its first-ever Android tablet that could be the ‘iPad-killer’ you’re waiting for to see if you’ll based your observation on its specifications.
Motorola Xoom Features and Specifications.

On its core lies a 1GHz dual-core Tegra 2 type of processor and it will be under a 10.1-inch form-factor (1280×800 resolution) with 1080p HD playback capability and will support the next-generation Android 3.0 (honeycomb) platform. There’s tons to love with this tablet like: 5MP rear / 2MP front-facing camera, 720p video record capability, HDMI-out, WiFi / Bluetooth 2.1 support and 32GB internal storage and 1GB DDR RAM memory. In addition to that, it will have full access to the Android market making it capable of viewing flash-based websites, video-calling, multi-tasking, Google Maps 5.0 w/ 3D experience, gyroscope and of course! It’ll have access to 4G LTE since it will be under the Verizon carrier.

Expect its 3G / WiFi version release date to be available on the first quarter of this year while the Xoom 4G LTE will be available on Q2. Price still yet to be revealed.
Updates: Price now confirmed to be on the 800 USD zone. Hopefully, it could change a little bit but for now, that’s the amount of money you should be keeping (at least) on your piggy-bank to get this.
