MSI reveals their new line of notebook called X-Slim
MSI is up for another interesting line of gadget, you bet they won’t be the last one to be on the trend right? MSI launches their X-Slim Series (I don’t know what the X for, I hope it’s not like x-men kinda thing). I won’t be talking about all the X-Slim notebook, I will be focusing on one particular MSI and that is X420.
Flaunting an extremely thin body but the weight is not as light though. Okay so maybe the extremely thin is not the best word to describe it since there’s a few laptop that is thinner than this one. Though MSI has named it X-Slim series which I would say doesn’t fit that good since this isn’t the slimmest of them all, let’s just respect that this is the best name they can think of (anyway they have the right to give their gadgets whatever name they find fit)
MSI promises that this lean machine is an Intel CULV kind of a device. That means you can expect a more energy efficient gadget from X-Slim X420. Not just that, this gadget has an anti-theft software called ‘EasyFace” (exclusive from MSI)which works like biometrics, but instead of your fingerprints it would be your face that would be used for recognition and unlocking of the device.
Don’t worry you don’t need to lean your face on the screen, all you need to do is take pictures of yourself using the said program, your pictures will then be stored and every time you open/unlock or use your notebook the cam will automatically detect your face using the built-in webcam to check whether it’s you or not.
Not bad right? What else will this Dream Computing device be infused with? It will feature 3d Boost technology for efficient audio without wasting your battery and ECO Engine energy-saving technology so you can choose from 5 modes to save battery life. It will also have EasyViewer, a software that gives you a 3D display mode so you can zoom in & out, auto-playback or full-screen for your picture viewing pleasure.
