Earlier on, HP had partnered with Dr. Dre’s Beats to bring a businessman’s laptop a touch of the good doctor’s quality audio. This time around, HP is releasing its Envy 14 Beats edition notebook.
At first glance, this laptop would certainly make heads turn as its black and red design shouts coolness and elegance. The HP Envy 14 Beats edition sports a 14.5-inch LED backlit display screen that has a resolution of 1366×768. User has the option to go with a 2.53 GHz Intel Core i5 processor or the i7. It comes with 4GB of RAM (expandable up to 8GB) and graphics is provided by a 1GB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650. Hard drive storage space is a generous 640GB with a speed of 7200 rpm. Other usual features included are three USB 2.0 ports, eSATA/USB, HDMI, Ethernet, headphone and microphone jack. There’s also WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0, built-in webcam and a DVD SuperMulti burner.
