Now that we’re about to hit the clincher part of CES, probably most of you already have the impression of what gadgets will be the trendsetter for the market this year. Likewise, Apple was absent again on the said event although rumors are buzzing around that its next-gen tablet, most probably called iPad 3, slipped on one of the booths.
As usual, take this report with a grain of salt since engadget — the event’s official partner — didn’t mention anything about this rare sighting. Anyway, if you have some minutes to burn you can proceed with the link below explaining the next-gen Apple tablet looks exactly like the iPad 2 although it’s “1 mm thicker” –- wondering how they’ve measured such dimension at CES’s trafficked lobby? Count us in. Meanwhile, other details also include an upgraded camera on the “top left corner” which should be similar with the transition of iPhone 4 to 4S.
Meanwhile, if you want to hear something from the horse’s mouth, Verizon announced that it’s planning to push 4G LTE network on all of its smartphones and tablets in the future. And of course, that means the inclusion of next-gen version of iPhone and iPad. The only question is when?
In our previous report, we revealed about the possibility of Apple unveiling two iPad models this year whereas the announcement will happen this late-February / early-March similar with last year’s release for iPad 2.
