If there’s one thing you can expect with any iPhone predictions, there’s no month that would pass without this device getting a spill of leaks on the blogopshere. Take for example today as two venerable sources reports a familiar story about the so-called iPhone 5 / iPhone 4S having its announcement on August followed by a product release on September.

As some of you may already know, it has been revealed a dozen of times the next-generation iPhone for this year may hit its launch by the end of Q3 of this year – hinting the iPod Touch 5G may have some delays; but since this report claims Apple announcement will happen on August, we can expect that the Apple Music event will be moved on by the end of September or October; eitherway, we should be receiving all of these device upgrades before the end of this year, contrary to the popular belief the 5th Gen iPod Touch won’t event arrive this year.
On the other hand, aside from the iPhone 5 revelation, Bloomberg sparked the plug again for the revelation of iPad 3, stating that its specifications will include one-third higher resolution than its present model – which is something we’ve heard several times before, claimed to support 3D or a variation of Retina Display for the tablet device.
At the end of the day, everything is still a speculation until we hear the official word from Apple’s mouth. Hopefully, the next-generation iPhone won’t only give us some cosmetic upgrades for its CPU and camera for it will be tad too boring. What do you think?
