Another freshly-baked iPhone news coming your way, or should I say, a repeated report that’s been passed on the blogosphere for the past couple of months. But since this one talks about the new cases for Apple’s next-gen device, we think it’s worthy enough to deliver it here.
As some of you may already know, aside from the ample cosmetic upgrades going to be implemented on the iPhone 5 a.k.a iPhone 4S – 8 megapixel camera upgrade and A5 CPU – we heard a buzz on the first quarter of this year that it might be even thinner than its previous model; in fact, not only it will be sexier but it may have a larger screen as well.
As of today, these rumors became the reality projected on the cases you’re seeing on the image pointing the said physical changes for the iPhone 5 including a “larger home button” – contrary to the rumor mill back then that Apple will remove the button and replace it with a capacitive one.
For the source, 9to5Mac seems to be confident this iPhone 5 Case might be legit since those images came from the same guys who have given the iPad 2 Case last quarter which turned out to be similar with the official tablet.
If you’ll ask me, I think Apple will still pull its mantra effect over its customers when it launched the new iPhone on September amidst the minor changes it provide with the unit. This is something that’s already proven before when the CDMA iPhone 4 was launched last February and the only upgrade it posses was its support on Verizon instead of AT&T, but still, the Red iPhone 4 became the fastest selling smartphone of the carrier.
