A teaser trailer for the next Assassin’s Creed game has been briefly posted on Facebook with the title “Assassin’s Creed: Revelations”. In the video of Ubisoft, a hand of an assassin holding a concealed blade is shown with background image of a fortress plus a symbol that seems to be like a Phiastos disc. Arabic words which are said to be the name of Assassin’s Creed lead are also shown.

NeoGaf has managed to post the screenshots of the flash file despite Ubisoft’s brief presentation. NeoGaf also claims that these files still exist on Ubisoft’s server. While Ubisoft declared that there would be a possibility that the next title for the Assassin’s Creed game would be revealed in May, followed by the presentation of details in the 2011 Electronic Entertainment Expo press conference in June 6, release date is still scheduled next year during the company’s FY2012.
Here are the teaser videos:
The former Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood has sold more than 6.5 million units worldwide starting November last year. While gameplay and features of Assassin’s Creed: Revelations are still not yet revealed, availability of the game next year is expected on PS3, Xbox 360, PSP and Nintendo DS consoles. This action-adventure game is also expected to be compatible with Microsoft Windows and Windows Phone 7, Mac OS X and iOS, as well as HP webOS and Android platforms.
