And so the plot for the Google Phone is becoming thicker than ever, one thing that we notice though, is how the social media and some blogosphere keep implying theories and belief in which they are not so sure about? I mean Google already released their ‘dog-fooding’ statement which implies, it’s for real but we won’t reveal it to the public just yet. But why are others keep making self-proclaimed hypothesis wherein the real factual object is not even there on the first place? Baah, I guess it’s just one of the many splendorous reason why news and media don’t always coincide to the truth… sometimes… Although, the majority likes to believe it at first hand.
Okay, so what’s for certain about the Google Phone? Recent discoveries has been unfold and yes this is one is verified. I must say this is the closest you can get for BIG G’s ‘conceptual phone’. That the said smartphone…
- Will Look Like the HTC HD2 / Passion
- Will Run the latest Android Operating System (Probably the version 2.1)
- Launch Date will be soon after new year (January, 2010)
- And has nome nice set of lineaments found here. Ah, voice-text capability is one of them.
And the two newest updates? The Google Phone will officially be called ‘Nexus One’ Wow! and Techcrunch manage to diddle some pictures from a twitpic tweeted by Cory O’ Brien (A Blogger from San Francisco, Calif)
“Google Phone = iPhone + a little extra screen and a scroll wheel. Great touch screen, and Android.”
Here’s what the actual Nexus Phone looks like
Yes it does look like the HTC Passion but without the word HTC title which begs the question, Will the Nexus One have a real Google brand imbued to it? The only caveat here is, should the Nexus one look as ‘default’ as this photo? Grr, I must say I hope for something new and ‘out of the box type of design’ now that this is the second time Google will release a smartphone named to them.
By the way: The faceless guy with santa-hat (Cory O’ Brien?) surely made the picture much more middling.
One thing is for certainty though, that this Phone will only have one carrier in it, Although making it an independent one could be a real woolgathering-bonanza for aspiring buyers. One of the worst predictions we see is letting the Nexus One have that dead-last AT&T as its carrier for another milestone. Aren’t we so tired with that kind of dreary mobile-tale already? Tomorrow we will be having an enlightenment as Wall Street Journal spread the good news making them the ‘all mighty tech-prohetic newsdustry’ again.
Update: Engadget Team of Tech-finders manages to witness another glimpse of the Nexus One.

Did I hear you guys say, “A little bit more redesign p-l-e-a-s-e!” ?
December 14, 2009 Updates: More specs/pictures leaked and the question on ‘what carrier will this phone be using?’ has finally been answered. Be the judge if this phone is worth the wait next year.
