This week won’t be complete for Infinity Ward if it wouldn’t reveal some startling revelation about its much-anticipated FPS game – Modern Warfare 3.
According to its creative strategist Robert Bowling, the game wouldn’t include Zombies.
Now, before you freak out, Bowling confirms there’ll be a different styled co-op maps on its Spec Ops Survival mode. In our previous report, we refer to Survival as a possible mode for Zombies to breed since the simulation of this game is all about staying alive as you pawn all your enemies. However, it appears you can forget those undead creatures since the boss already confirms that won’t be the case.
If you’ll analyze the situation, one of the possible reason why MW3 will sans out zombies is because of the developer. You see, zombie mode on Black Ops originally came from Treyarch which was presented on other COD games developed by the same team like Call of Duty: World at War. I’m not a developer, but that angle about Infinity Ward wanting to create its own path for MW3 is seen largely on this report.
However, one should also realize Zombie maps on Black Ops gave Activision another billion of profits on its pocket; something that would obviously put Infinity Ward on a hot seat of revealing map packs as interesting from the ones created by Treyarch.
We’ll see about that on November!
