If you are a Nokia fan, then probably you are wondering what happened to that flagship symbian^3 device from Nokia? You know? The one which was touted to be their current superphone. While we have that official PR statement coming from the horse’s mouth, still up to this date – No one can confirm when will those precious N8 device be shipped, and more importantly, where?
Earlier today, a couple of updates had spread across the blog. One in particular came from noknok, claiming that a September 23 launch will be taking its place on UK, basing from a couple of screenshots taken from Nokia campaigns via Google Adwords.

Another update is this hazy announcement coming from Tapani Kaskinen, Senior Comms Manager at Nokia — confirming that those people who ordered their device on the 28th September, can have it as soon as Tuesday. Although, another report came two weeks ago, that the real shipping of these phones will only take place on September 30 with a tag of 499 euros or 640 USD.
Here’s to say, that whatever the case may be, we can be sure that those N8 phones will be near our hands before the start of October – Finally. Although, at the back of my mind, this beautiful 12 MP, Symbian^3 powered smartphone won’t be enough to raise the bars of anything that’s left with the Nokia empire, Just sayin’ !
