Another curious Nokia Windows Phone is on the loose thanks to the website that revealed it. Nokia Sun will be joining Orange France’s lineup of upcoming devices such as Sabre and SeaRay.
The specs are similar to a N9 device which features the AMOLED screen, a Micro SLIM slot, a polycarbonate shell and an 8 megapixel rear camera. The revelation came as Nokia is preparing itself for the Nokia World event in October 26-27 even as several windows phone models have already leaked including SeaRay, Ace and Sabre. The Sun name tag is compatible with Nokia’s naming trend of its windows phone or Mango handsets.
The Nokia Sun is expected to be available in November 7-13 with operator Orange as the possible source. Under the hood are the following: 1.4Ghz Processor and 16Gb memory. The 3.7-inch screen is smaller than that of Ace’s 4.3-inch. The windows phone runs on Windows 7.5 Phone mango. The screenshot provides a code “S46” for the device with characteristics almost similar to that of Nokia Ace except for the display thing.
It’s the first windows phone to feature a micro-SIM card. No one is sure if it’s the same phone which was leaked last August and believed to be a fake one. Price may come during the event.
