We do not really know what NZXT really mean when it says that it is a company “built on realizing the dreams of gamers worldwide” when its new gaming mouse offering is does not quite match the 2,600 DPI of its predecessor, the axed Avatar gaming mouse. The new model only features a 1,600 DPI laser sensor offered in three settings, 400 DPI, 800 DPI and 1,600 DPI.

For what it’s worth, this mouse does not require downloading different drivers. The peripheral buttons X and Y sensitivity and LED lighting scheme of the new gaming mouse, Avatar S is configurable to save at least 16 KB of the device’s onboard memory which is a good solution for on the go gamers.
The mouse tracks at 30 inches per second at a polling rate of 1000 Hz. The Teflon feet of the mouse make it easier to live while you make your quick and powerful movements onto the virtual gaming scene. Avatar S’s design features an innovative design for gamers with their sleek and crafty design with an ambidextrous low profile light form.
