Hoo Boy! Here we are again with another leak of this Palm Pre 2 or Palm Pre Plus 2 device. This time it will be unveiled on November 8 and guess what? Just like what we reported earlier, you can pre-order it on HP.com website, although there’s no telling when will that Rogers / GSM unlocked Palm Pre 2 will arrive. Basing from the critics review, the Palm Pre 2 certainly looks fresh and its WebOS 2.0 is something what HP Palm needs in order to ressurect this phone from the ashes. But if you have seen the device in action, you can say it’s still sub-par compared with the superphones today – coming from the Blue and Green Team.
For our first time readers, you might be wondering why we are somewhat bitter on this device? Well, to tell you the truth, we aren’t. We are just looking at the practical side of why buyers should buy this phone considering that we have 3 platforms already (Apple, Android, RIM) not to mention Microsoft’s WP7 is offering something alluring in its own backyard.
Again, if HP is serious on selling this phone, it would take more than the current WebOS 2.0, 1GHz processor and leaking of advertisements to market this phone like ‘hotcakes’ towards the consumers.
