Spending €3,699 for a piece of laptop? What’s the first thing that comes into your mind upon hearing this? Of course, is it worth it?. Let’s have a look on the latest laptop offering from Panasonic called CF-31 Toughbook. We’ll see if the €3,699 will live up to its name and its definition, “Toughbook”.

The new Panasonic CF-31 Toughbook is encased in a magnesium alloy that protects it from several harmful factors. Additionally, its tough outer shell shields it from scratching, dust, temperature and mishandling – tough enough for you?
Probably one of the most stunning feature — not to exaggerate – is its “concealed mode”. With it, users would be able to disconnect or switch off some of its functional parts, such as fan, speakers, backlight, and status LEDs.

Most of CF-31′s specs were upgraded including the use of Intel’s latest Core i5 Sandy Bridge processor, Ericsson F5521gw HSPA+ (DL: 21 Mbps) module and ATI Radeon HD 6750M graphics card that supports its 13.1-inch XGA display. Other peripherals included are the card reader, built-in GPS for users who love to use their laptops outdoors, webcam for online communication, a fingerprint reader that adds more security to the system, 4 USB ports and HDMI port for your multimedia needs.
The new Panasonic CF-31 Toughbook is expected to hit the market this June. Would you like to get one?
