How to win “real” money at Pogo?
I guess this is the part you’ve been longing for. There are two ways Pogo claims its users can win money.
1. Daily Prize Drawings
Pogo website summarized the steps on how users can win here.

2. Trade-in your tokens to enter prize drawings
3. Win up to US$1,000
There are 3 kinds of drawings to choose from:
Daily – prize of $50
Weekly – prize of $250
Monthly – prize of $1,000
2. Jackpot games
There are certain online games at Pogo that features a jackpot “prize” money. The bet starts at $50 and goes up until it reaches the cap of $4,999. The prize will return to $50 when someone wins the pot money.

Did someone really Win at Pogo?
This is the most important question we should answer and Pogo claims that it has several winners. They even have proofs to support it! (Could this be really legit?)
On their Official Prize Rules under item # 7 Pogo says,
A list of the month’s winners can be viewed on the “Recent Winners” page, and is also available by sending a stamped, and self-addressed envelope marked to “Pogo Prize Game Winners”, Pogo Games, 209 Redwood Shores Parkway, Redwood City, CA 94065.
We got curious and thus paid it a visit. Sure enough we saw the picture of Pogo’s latest $4,999 winner. A short interview was also included.
On the same page it says: Please welcome SunLillyFairy35 — Winner of $4,999. Then it was followed by other details about the person, where she lives, how did she feel upon learning that she won… etc.
We did a couple of “Sherlock Holmes” investigation and search the net if other people actually won “real” money at Pogo.
These are some of the things we discovered:
1. Majority of the people, around 90%, claim that among other things they won while playing at Pogo are wallpapers, screen savers and badges.
2. A number of people said that they actually win “real” money but it only ranged from $5 – $20. No one said that he or she won over 100 bucks!
3. We also learned that most winners came from Club Pogo members. Free members either don’t win or just win minority prizes like what we mentioned above.
4. But here’s the important thing, People believe that winners at Pogo were “fixed”. It means that these winners don’t actually exist and in reality there are no big bucks winners at all.
No EASY money
This scenario again proves that there are no easy money nor FREE cash flow around. If you will think about it, giving more than $5,000 everyday would probably cripple every sponsoring internet company. Pogo only gets its revenues via Advertisements, downloads and Club memberships.
It would be IMPOSSIBLE to finance such high-level cash prizes.
Conclusion
We had a blast playing Free online games at Pogo. There are many popular game titles to choose from and having EA on its back made it even better. But we firmly think that the Cash prizes Pogo said online gamers receive is a little overboard. It isn’t a SCAM alright but it is just too good to be true.
We believe that the Prizes are just a “come on” trick or an advertising tactic to draw in more visitors, advertisers and members. We have seen similar websites offering Free games and cash prizes but at the end only “virtual” winners win the pot money. Of course you’ll get a “kick” when you hear it but there are other source of online cash flow and Pogo is just another game we will pass on.
