Sony, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of electronics, video, communications, video game consoles, and information technology products, is out to amaze us with their new innovation- the Move which pertains to the Move Motion Controller and the Playstation Plus which we previously thought was the Playstation network.

Playstation Plus Playstation Move and PlayStation Plus Release Date and Price

Playstation Move Playstation Move and PlayStation Plus Release Date and Price

The Playstation Move bundle includes a PlayStation Move motion controller, PlayStation Eye camera, Sports Champions Blu-ray disc game and PlayStation Move demo disc for a retail price of $99.99. Also, a PlayStation 3 Sports Champion Move Bundle, which includes a PS3 system, PlayStation Move motion controller, PlayStation Eye Camera, Sports Champions Blu-ray game and PlayStation Move game demo disc, will be available for $399.99. The PlayStation Eye camera can be purchased separately for $39.99.

The new Move has “charging stations” which the players can use for all controllers. It means that two PlayStation Move controllers, motion controller or the navigation controller, can be charged up at once without having to attach them to the PS3 system. Its new shooting attachment, a significant feature, will now allow players to feel like they’re holding a gun that will allow easy aim at a target. Such feature can be interlocked with a T button that will be useful for other games requiring precise control.

The Playstation Plus includes improvements to the Playstation Network without deterring its original features. One can upgrade his subscription of $50 a year or $18 for three months which includes 3 months of free use. Sony says that Plus subscribers will be able to send over voice messages to other gamers to invite them to play as well as have access to premium content that was never reached before. It will also include features like DLC, PSP Minis, and PSone Classics, “first hour” demo access and Sony Protection Plan service. All these innovations will add up to the ultimate Playstation experience.

For release dates, Europeans will be able to get their hands on the Move first on September 15th, while North American gamers will have it on September 19th. And Japan will be slated to have theirs on October 21st.

I think it will be an exciting line of new products and content for Sony, one that will rev up our gaming experience. It’s good that Sony thought of exciting new ways of adding features to their products without changing the specifications of their earlier products. Cheers to Sony!

Lol, Cross game chat is being considered, and we already had free demos before this. All demos are free. I hope you have fun with your bashing, and paying unnecessary points for demos that should be free.

i think plus is going to be nice. this article failed to mention that Plus subscribers will get to play closed beta’s without pre ordering a game at gamestop and entering a retarded code. you also get free full games. the first month of plus launch Sony is letting you get Wipeout HD for free. Only downside to this is, if you get exclusive games or get free games with plus, and you dont want to be a plus member anymore. you wont be able to play these games until you buy them outright. but it makes sense because people would be paying 18 bucks for a 40 dollar game at some times. then canceling there account right after.
