Google has been the dominant and staple search engine for billions of people around the globe. This thanksgiving, why not have a twist on your search engine directory? Purpoogle – short for purple google – is a purple colored version of google that utilizes some of Google’s resources for its search results. Although we have to say that purpoogle has shades of pink, if you’ll look closely.
We tried purpoogle’s capability and honestyly it was a little short on “meat”. The searches it returned were just about 10% of Google’s organic search results. Well, that’s alright, purpoogle is a fun alernative to Big G’s white backdrop (Oh… we forgot, Google has been making Google doodles to break the monotony). Purpoogle was created on September 27, 2007 and didn’t advanced that much. Which means only a handful of people have been using the purple google alternate ever since. By the way, Big G can be accessed on purpoogle’s site. People will surely have fun using purpoogle especially those who love shades of pink and purple.
