This may come as a bit of good news for those wanting a pen-enabled monitor but could not afford the Wacom Citiq 24HD in the market today. Morgan Ross Egging of Oregon has just released a new tablet monitor that may make those budget-conscious persons to finally decide buying one.

Rossmorr i23 HD is a bit lower than the Wacom Citiq 24HD in just about everything. It is priced lower, the size is smaller and the resolution is a bit lower. But still, the Rossmorr i23 HD is more than enough competition for the Wacom.
Rossmorr i23 HD is a pen-enabled, interactive graphics tablet display which allows users to write directly on the screen with a pen stylus. The pen stylus, which is specially designed for Rossmorr, is said to be precised with a resolution of 5,000 lines per inch.
The tablet measures 23 inches (versus 24 inches with Wacom), with a 1920 x 1080 resolution IPS display (compared with 1920 x 1200 of Wacom). A computer running in Windows, OS X or Linux is necessary to use the tablet. The tablet can be used by artists and engineers because it is pressure sensitive and tilt sensitive.
Rossmorr i23 HD is now shipping and priced at $1,999 (compared with $2500 price of the Wacom). Watch the video below.
