You think you’ll be bored with the CES event next-week? Think again! Just because some pundits claim it will be about another set of rumor-mills for a new mass of tablets spearheaded by the second generation iPad, doesn’t mean it will be the summation of all the devices that’s going to take the center stage on the largest gadget event of the year.
Coming from the blogosphere, Samsung is planning to try and excite the people by flaunting these pair of new super-thin screens, which makes you think there aren’t any internal circuits behind those glasses at all! And nope, this is different with the sPLS Sammy leaked last month.
Check out the picture.

So just to give you a quick wrap-up, this new technology will come in two pieces. The first prototype will be under a 4.5 inch form-factor (800 x 480) WVGA AMOLED screen display while the second one is touted to be the world’s largest transparent AMOLED screen on the planet used for next-generation panels for TV and LCD monitors. It will be a 19-incher display prototype sporting qFGD (quad Full High Definition) technology with resolution up to 3840 x 2160 pixels supporting 1080p HD playback. Interestingly, Sammy claims these next-generation AMOLED screens are so tough, you can bend them to a threshold which is four times flexible than your average AMOLED panels.
So far, everything is still on paper now but if you want to hold them for real, they will be posed for next week’s CES.
