Since the beginning of time, we are wondering until how long will Samsung going to play with the hearts of its Galaxy S consumers? To think that out of all the four Galaxy S-branded models that it has, all of them still don’t have any Froyo update.
Obviously, this isn’t a joke and one should understand that some customers are even ready to file a lawsuit charge against T-mobile and Sammy for delaying this Froyo update for the Vibrant device.
Anyway, today is another day which isn’t different from last year. As you can see, Samsung and Sprint are confirming again that they will reveal this Android 2.2 (Froyo) update for its Samsung Epic 4G device which will have a release date on February 21.
You should expect to download this one as an OTA update and it would come with a build number of EB13 (not EA17). Then again, this update doesn’t happen in one day period only so there could be some slight delays for other users to receive this update.
For those of you who are following this news, you should know that Sprint has tweeted on January 21 that they are already working on this update “ASAP” and hopefully, that 30-day allowance is more than enough to unleash this upgrade which is a right of every users.
