Being just freshly served in the smarthphone market, updates are already being made available for Samsung’s newest baby, the Samsung Galaxy SII. Everyone must be caught by surprise given that nobody really expected that the phone had some quirky issues.
If you’re wondering what the update is, it specifically refers to the firmware update making the Samsung Galaxy SII shift to i900XWKE2 firmware. The firmware update addresses the issue on the phone’s auto-brightness (yes, brightness is an issue for some users!). In addition, it also has increased the responsiveness of the Swype software keyboard which is really handy for touch-based phones. Lastly, some connectivity issues were also provided with solutions in the update.
