Another day, another saga for Samsung-Apple lawsuit feud and this time, things aren’t looking good for the Korean company as a court order rules out that all Galaxy Tab 10.1 should be banned on Australia. This only means, there’s no way on earth you can now use the 10.1-inch Sammy tablet on the land of Aussies legally unless, you know some ninja who can help you with that.

Last month, we already heard a preliminary injunction of Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablets on Australia but there was some hope things will change eventually when we reached the final court order this month; however, from the looks of this new decision, it appears the chances for Sammy to regain from this defeat goes dimmer.
For those who are unaware, Apple also managed to successfully banned the same tablet model on Germany as well. Whereas, Samsung plans to retaliate by asking a ban of the new iPhone 4S on Korea, UK and Europe after stating Apple violated its patents with regards to Wireless fidelity and spectrum.
So far, we still haven’t heard any word from both the companies about this latest proceeding but one thing is for sure, these two giant consumer-electronic companies will do everything they can to win against each another. Of course, we’ll be there to inform you when that day arrives.
