You haven’t seen Samsung in a while, after all the netbooks, nettops and laptops making its way to be the talk of the town! But what is this we are hearing and seeing? Is that a laptop? Or maybe a nettop? Nah! It is Samsung’s N220 making a comeback. Yes it’s true, finally Samsung is on track and will be in line with other gadget makers. So what does Samsung has in store for us? They have been quite for quite some time now and for them to launch something new after all this time, people will definitely expect something outrageously out of the norm. So let’s get this Samsung gizmo juiced up and check what it has to offer the public.

So what do I have to say about this gadget? (Sorry Samsung no pun intended) I am not impressed! Come on, after all the innovation and new version of processors, higher capacity of RAM and more application you (Samsung) can intricate this netbook this is all we get? Lame isn’t it? Calling Samsung to Earth! In case you have just risen from the dead and haven’t gotten the time to read and surf the net, your specs are so outdated I could have slept on the 3rd line item!
Sorry to disappoint you guys, but this is all Samsung has to offer, a CLONE netbook is far better than this one actually! In case you have been reading there’s a shan zhai netbook out in the market (not yet in the US I believe) that sports a 2GB memory plus it’s DDR2, oh and the clone has a sim card slot for 3G connectivity! Not bad right? Especially if you know that the clone will only cost you $300 why should you settle for Samsung N220 when you can get more out of your dough?
Better luck next time Samsung, good thing your hell of a netbook is still in France, you might want to revise and upgrade you darling gizmo a little bit. You wouldn’t like flies to be your only audience once you launch this in the US right?

The netbook’s actually not that bad. It would be truly unfair for samsung if you compare its product’s prices to a company that is not even heard of. It takes time to build a reputation and samsung was able to do it. If that clone can give you the same guarantee, warranty, and support as much as the samsung, then you might be better off with the clone.
But would do you feel spending two-thirds of the samsung’s price on an unknown brand? If you bought the clone, then this review truly deserves a thumbs up!
