Samsung S5550, S5350, S3550 Sharks Mobile Phone | Specs Review

Meet SAMSUNG’s new pet ‘SHARKS’.

Samsung will be launching its trio of a phone named S5550, S5350 & S3550, but please don’t expect too much okay. You might not be so amazed why Samsung even devoted time, money and effort to launch these not so techie phones. Let me give you a bird’s eye view about these phones, first it’s not something that you would even believe Samsung is launching this 2010.Why? As I have said It’s not something you would grab in the retail store, unless you want to give this to your not so savvy granny or your nephew in primary school I would definitely say this phone is the PERFECT gift.

Sorry Samsung I’m not degrading your SHARK series phone (no need for that honestly) I’m just stating a fact. But the first time I saw the name of the phone it made me assume that “these phones would be a total stunner” but when I read the specifications it made me say ‘why name it Shark anyway?’

Of course I will never ever shut my curiosity down, I researched some sites and checked for the answer why Samsung made an effort to come up with a low-end line of phones. ‘Alas’ I was able to see the reason. Their agenda is to be known in the entry – midrange level market, meaning they want domination!

They want to conquer the market of those not so tech savvy people (which we know, there’s a lot) at the same time be able to reach out to the masses and provide them with techie phones at an affordable price. Okay so I guess Samsung should be given credit for that after all everyone in this world deserves to benefit from technology right? Good Job Samsung!!

So if you’re looking for a 5-8 megapixel phone running Android or Symbian with Touchscreen features, this is not for you. These trio is specially made to be bought buy those people who doesn’t have obsession with speed, multi-tasking and gaming. The Sharks can be complemented for its simplicity, it would be a good (extra) phone for you and for the kids to stay in touch. “No complications just pure communication” from Samsung Sharks

I’d purchase samsuung Metro 3G S5350 on 23-08-2010. after fewmonths when its mesage memory reaches some how high a message continuously popup “YOU MESSAGE MEMORY IS Full PLEASE DELETE SOME MESAGE”. I’d gone twice to Samsung Customer Service center but the PROBLEM IS PROBLEM only.

Frankly speeking I’m fed up of these.

As they have provide 500 message phone memory. They shuoldn’t complete half of their promise.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
