I don’t know if this sudden release is due to the gush of excitement we’ve all felt on this year’s CES event featuring 4G dual-core smartphone spearheaded by Motorola and HTC; but if this would be the future of smartphones for 2011 then I think I am already seeing a smiley on the faces of the consumers!

And up we go with this latest update from Samsung as it reveals its Vibrant phone finally going under T-mobile’s 4G carrier; therefore, it should be supporting its HSPA+ 21MBPs speed (theoretically) / 14.4MBPs capped speed. Alongside with that is the new T-mobile Video chat powered by Qik which allows you to do video calling on Vibrant’s front-facing camera. And yep, finally! After the several grueling months of delaying the Android 2.2 update for Vibrant, it appears this one is going official should you order this 4G subscription today. Expect its release date to be happening on this year on the land of Abraham Lincoln. There’s no telling if Sammy-Magenta would be revealing Android 2.3 on the unit though.
So far, the core specifications of the Vibrant is still there packing with its 1GHz Snapdragon processor w/ full multitasking feature, 4-inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen, 5MP rear-camera and 16GB expandable storage capacity.
