Heads up! For some of you who are wondering when will be the exact time for the arrivial of Froyo on Samsung Vibrant, here’s a welcoming update for you. Coming from the blogosphere, it appears this phone will finally have its much needed Android 2.2 upgrade via an OTA and it will be rolled-out this weekend. Just like its brother, Epic 4G, vibrant will finally have all the amazing features of Froyo and one of them is the much-coveted flash 10.1 capability (if you happened to be that guy who doesn’t like to root his phone).
The leaks confirm that there will be a Froyo update for this one on Saturday (November 13) but one should take note about the imminent problems of this release. Like, an unstable phone radio; but it was later on revealed that the custom ROM in which the developers are currently using proves to be efficient and probably you can say that the coming update this weekend will cater this, rather than the buggy version.
Needless to say, the only way for you to find out is to download it, or read the reviews of the avant-garde consumers who installed it. As if you will do that first, huh? Enjoy the Froyo treat!
