You know what, with all the announcements being made well before the actual date of CES 2011, who really needs to go to Las Vegas to attend it? The Gamblers? Pshaw. With all the tech companies and their grandma’s announcing left and right their own entry to the CES 2011 show, it’s really a miracle that there is still some undisclosed piece of information or rumor out there that hasn’t been reported already. Oh well, more work for us.
Here we have Santech, blowing the proverbial lid over the Sandy Bridge processor identities. Santech is an Italian Systems Integrator that released their own laptop carrying the Intel Secret under their hood. Here is a quick rundown of the specs for Santechs N67 laptop:
Quad Core Processor Options
- Core i7-2630QM (2.0GHz)
- Core i7-2720QM (2.2GHz)
- Core i7-2820QM (2.3GHz)
- Core i7-2920XM (2.5GHz)
And here are the other options
- 16GB of DDR3 RAM
- 750GB HDD or 160GB SSD
- USB 3.0 ports
- 15.6-inch display with 1366 x 768 or 1920 x 1080 options depending on budget and needs.
Deliveries are pinpointed to be on January 27th with the prices ranging from the lowest €1,200 ($1,577) to the highest €3,000 ($3,943). Stay tuned for more details.
