You’ve got to love an infographic statement, because it’s the only time majority of the netizens can agree on a certain thing provided that what it’s claiming for is real. Anyway, who care if it’s real or not as long as it’s entertaining?
As of today, Wilson Electronics managed to reveal its own infographic depicting the state of cellphone users around the globe and how it has evolved for the past decade. Compared to the crazy ones we’ve seen before, this clash of data gathering and graphical representation contains a lot of sauce by highlighting how many people are hooked-up on their cellphones on first world countries (Canada, USA, UK, etc), the crazy shift of cellphone usage in America from a 3 / 10 proportion on year 1999 to a whopping 9/10 on 2009! There’s a lot of interesting facts here not to mention that 15% of Americans likes to answer their phone calls while having sex.
There’s no telling how accurate this data gathering would be, but for now, it’s really amazing how smartphone is changing the world on a blazingly fast level. But what’s more amazing to see is what would smartphones looked like 10 years from now? I am thinking about this one, how about you?
