You may have remembered our previous reports about that rumored and much-welcomed myTouch 4G for T-mobile following the recently leaked myTouch HD from the same Magenta company – which will go under one branding. Now we have some updates that may perk the interest within you as it was leaked that this ‘myTouch 2’ phone will be available in four colors (White, Blue, Indigo and Maroon). Its rumored specifications are all compiled here by the way. In addition to that, it was said that as a 4G Phone it will have the ability to go as fast as 21 MBPS theoretically. For we all know that wouldn’t be the case unless you are the only breathing creature in USA who is solely using the network of T-mobile at that time.
We don’t advice anyone to get their hopes too up of getting it soon under a Froyo platform, for we all know, T-mo seems to be a little shy of releasing its devices with an Android 2.2 branding, picking an Éclair instead then giving an early OTA upgrade soon. For its release date, you can bet that it will be available on November and expect that we’ll see a new press announcement just to settle the score about its official name. As for the price, I can already see that it it’ll be under the usual T-mobile plan under a sub-200 USD.
