T-Mobile myTouch2 a.k.a. myTouch Slide QWERTY | Specs Review

T-Mobile myTouch with a slide QWERTY?

Well let’s just say that T-Mobile wants to overwhelm us this year with a lot of Smartphones from their company so that their customers get to choose from their wide variety of device (hopefully that is the case). This device got spotted roaming around the net with the ‘MyTouch’ logo on top. So even though it looks far like its siblings (HTC Smartphones) we can’t deny this one really is from T-Mobile.

Though I’m hoping and crossing my fingers that this is just a prototype, well actually it is! What I’m trying to say is that I hope HTC gets to work on this phone before it gets officially released. Honestly the picture doesn’t seem so nice. I have to admit that this device doesn’t seem it was built this year nor last year, wouldn’t you agree?

I hope HTC can come up with something better for T-Mobile, I hope HTC can give something neat, presentable and good looking. This phone will totally be something consumers and prospect customers of the carrier change their mind. Calling T-mobile attention this phone is not something you would want your company to showcase as one of your phones and calling HTC’s attention is the best you have for a Multi-Touchscreen with a physical QWERTY?

So far this device is not yet official since it’s not yet on T-Mobile’s official MyTouch website but let’s just hope that this one is not something that will be released soon since it needs a lot of make-over (physically)! Oh and by the way I think I saw something on the net that this phone you are seeing here is the HTC Espresso (I hope that is just a rumor). I know I was a bit harsh on this device but I’m just being plain honest. Okay?

This phone will be out by Mid-May (hopefully with all the renovation done) and will be styled with Red, White and Black hues. My last say before I hit for the Specs is how come this phone looks odd from the front view but not so bad from the back view? Haven’t the photographer heard of Adobe photoshop? Geez, I hope the picture is not how this phone looks like for real.

I have been holding out on an android phone because I want it all.
Currently have a samsung behold, was looking at the g1 but the size and lack of a flash stopped me.
With a 5mp Camera w/flash, std earphone jack, real keyboard, etc., this phone seems to have just about everything on my wish list except the snapdragon processor.

Would love some feedback from all of you who have myTouch Slide already, incl. battery life, processor speed (good enough?),glitches, speaker volume, signal strength, likes dislikes. Can you watch shows on it via hulu or other websites? GPS with voice nav (how is it?), my question was also posted on http://www.mytouchslideforum.com

    Any comments are greatly appreciated.

Sensible comments/suggestions are always appreciated.
