Toshiba showcases its newest masterpiece in Toshiba Portege M780 Business Netbook. See its features and technical details on this specs review report.

You would be quite happy about what Toshiba has just come up and if you’re the entrepreneur/ corporate type of person then this peripheral may just be the perfect one you have been looking for all this time. We have seen rotating screen in netbooks how you’re heavy duty lappie can do the same.

Toshiba has new Portege M780 the picture shows that it is capable of rotating its screen at 180 degrees but I also read something like it’s also a tablet PC so that mean the screen can be removed too! This is definitely not the first kind to have the said features if you have been checking for the latest lately you know that this netbook is the third or fourth netbook to deliver the said qualities.

The Toshiba Portege M780 is cute at 12 inch Touchscreen while it’s quite fleshy with its 2kg weight which makes me wonder how can something so petite weigh so heavy? Just a thought honestly but maybe the weight of this device gives justice to its ability to withstand a drop from up to one meter high and not to mention that it is also built to resist spill. As I have mentioned earlier this device can also be your Tablet PC that has Touchscreen capabilities running Windows 7 and you can make diagrams, hand- made sketches and notes. It’s portable making it perfect for travel and impromptu presentation.

Let us go to M780’s Technical Specifications, for the processor you can choose from either Intel Core i3 or Intel Core i5 the RAM is rumored to be 8 gigabyte DDR3 that’s 1066 Mhz for you. This device will support SSD and the hard drive will be 2.5” accompanied by a 3D accelerometer. The screen on the other hand is an HD TruBrite with LED backlight and 1200 x 800 pixs. I am just not sure if the optical drive is an option like the processor but it will have a DVD SuperMulti.

Other tech specs below.

WLAN (802.11 b / g / n), Bluetooth 2.1 with EDR

2 USB 2.0 Sleep & Charge, eSATA, Webcam and microphone HD built-in

Security: Intel AMT 6.0, Computrace embedded in the BIOS, fingerprint sensor for authentication

Dimension: 305 x 239 x 37.4 / 39.4 mm
