In just less than 2 weeks, it will already be Black Friday, the most-awaited day that most shoppers in the US look forward to. This is also the time wherein the major retailers in the market will be competing with each other in terms of sales. Each retailer has their own set of great deals and big discounts to attract more customers. As part of their strategy, some retailers even started offering these discounts early and some decided to extend it beyond Black Friday.

And when it comes to sales event like this, we cannot deny the fact that the two most-sought after retailers will be Walmart and Target. Well, Walmart and Target are both great chain and known for offering a wide variety of products and great discounts especially in events such as the Black Friday. But which is better than the two? This we have to check based on the offers and prices that they are going to have in this upcoming sales event as well as for the rest of the holiday seasons where a lot of consumers are expected to shop a lot.
As far as Target is concerned, just recently they have announced that they will be having a huge 4-Day shopping event before Thanksgiving and a 2-Day Black Friday 2010 sales event as well. Apparently, Target will be offering deep discounts on various items such as toys, electronics and more during the 4-Day Sale and on November 26 (Black Friday) they will feature great savings on apparel, electronics, entertainment, home products, toys and a lot more. Target has been well-known for offering great deals especially with non-electronic products than Walmart.
On the other hand, when it comes to electronic products, Walmart seems to have a great advantage over Target. They have the best deals when it comes to TVs, laptops, phones, GPS, Blu-ray players and other gadgets as well. Walmart will be coming with its Black Friday ad on November 17 and as most people believed it would be as close to the 266 doorbuster deals offered by Target based on their ad.
Well, it seems that Target and Walmart will be coming with something really big this Black Friday. So what do you think, which store would be able to make more sales? Will it be Walmart or Target?
