Great news for back-to-school folks and movie addicts! That’s because Toshiba, one of the world’s most-trusted brands, have recently unveiled its latest laptops for media viewing. They are the Satellite L775 and C600 series.

As for the new Satellite L775, it will be a unique Toshiba laptop that will be specifically intended for movie fanatics and will sport a high-definition TruBrite HD widescreen display of 17.3 inch. Aside from this, the laptop will also be equipped with the latest Intel Sandy Bridge and AMD APU chips that can go head to head with your desktop PC at home.
Other specs of the Toshiba Satellite L775 will include an HDMI port that can be connected to a 3D TV. It will also be packed with a built-in Media Controller Software that will allow it to access any kind of remotely-stored movies without any wires.
On the other hand, the new Toshiba Satellite C600 series will have updated specs while maintaining the same budget-friendly status. It will be introduced in textured trax with charcoal finish with 17.3 inch and 15.6 inch display options. For its innards, the refreshed C600 is packed with AMD C-50 and E-350 APU that supports superior performance and HD capabilities. Furthermore, users will enjoy C600′s 4GB DDR3 RAM, 2 USB 2.0 hubs, up to 640 GB HDD space, WiFi and DVD drives.
As for its availability, both Toshiba Satellite L775 and C600 laptops will soon be available this month. The former will be priced starting at $580 while the latter will set you back at least $380.
