Last year, we managed to get a wild report about Toshiba planning to join the tablet bandwagon by unleashing not one, not two but three tablets which would be supporting each mobile platform like Android, Windows 7 and even the Chrome OS.
At today’s MWC event, it appears Tosh has already unleashed its prime guns as it showcases the next model for its Folio 100 tablet which is this 10-inch slate running an Android 3.0 OS and Tegra-2 processor.
But wait, there’s more!
Tagging along with that, it’s now confirmed that Toshiba will also reveal an 11.6-inch tablet running Windows Home Premium 7 whereas its specifications will be under a 1366 x 768 screen display, 64GB external flash memory, RAM set up to 2GB and its core will be powered by an Intel Atom Oak Trail CPU. Its other goodies comes with a HDMI port and a front-facing webcam.
At first glance, you can see its design is similar to the Android 3.0 Toshiba tablet, although this one has some extra layer of finish probably for anti-smudges and giving users the proper grip on this tablet.
Whatever the case may be, expect this one to have its release date on Spring of this year. Still waiting for the Chrome OS tablet though.
