Although there is already a MIPS ROM port of Android 2.2, Velocity Micro does not have any plans to upgrade to Android 2.2 because of hardware limitations. Another thing is that there is also no plan to gain access to Android Market and will remain using the Cruz Market, although there are ways around that.
