V430 is the latest Android phone offered to the tech market by ViewSonic featuring a sizable WVGA 4.3-inch screen in front.

Android 2.2 Froyo is the confirmed operating system of the device instead of Android 2.3 Gingerbread effectively reducing the version number. The buttons below the screen has been cut down to three from the four-button setup of most Android phones and tablets now circulating in the wild. The inside is dominated by a 1Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor while the outside shows off a VGA front-facing camera and a 5Mp primary camera. ViewSonic Corporation is a provider of visual technology that includes, plasma and liquid crystal displays and CRT monitors.
The Viewsonic V430 handset resembles that of its predecessor V350 except for the larger screen thing which is touted to be alluring. It has 512Mb of ROM and 512 of RAM. The attractive and stylish design distinguishes the phone from the other devices released by the company. The enclosure is made of a black silver-rimmed metal case and connectivity options include a GPS, a WiFi and Bluetooth, among others. It also offers the company’s ViewScene 3D interface. The specs and features would indicate that the smartphone is of mid-range characteristic.
The smartphone has been set for launching initially in Russia with pricing details still unknown.
