The same company that brought Bamboo digital pen for iPad and innovative Bamboo Pen & Touch slate has once again unveiled a new tablet series. Wacom has recently introduced its 3 latest Bamboo-branded tablets namely: Connect, Capture and Create. Each made to meet your specific digital demands.
First off is the Bamboo Connect which costs a fair $80 and targets home buddies and office personnel. It’s a “pen-only” tablet that’s suitable for office individuals who like to take digital notes while in a meeting or conference. It comes with a cordless, battery-free Bamboo pen that can be used for writing, photo editing and more. The Bamboo Connect is enclosed in a sleek black casing and comes with Autodesk Sketchbook Express, a software that can be utilized for sketching and painting.
Now, you may add 20 bucks to get the Bamboo Capture unit and enjoy both pen and multi-touch inputs. Preloaded software includes Adobe Photoshop Elements and Autodesk Sketchbook Express. Meanwhile, some visual artists may wish for a larger panel that leads Wacom to create Bamboo Create. It costs $200 and for that amount users will get twice the work space as Create. It comes with applications similar to Create plus the Corel Painter Essentials.
FYI, these tablets don’t have wireless capabilities but interested parties may avail the separate plug-n-play RF module for $39 to do so. The module is compatible only with Capture and Create.
All tablets can work with either Windows (even Windows 8) or Mac OS. They are currently available at various retailers and online stores.
